They say you have from 50,000 to 80,000 thoughts a day. That sounds a bit impossible at first glance, but your brain, like your heart doesn’t take any breaks. Your heat pumps all the time, and it will not stop for the rest of your life. When it stops, it will only be when you finally stop. Hopefully many many years from now.

Your brain is the same way. As you are reading this, you have a few thoughts going around in your mind and heart. Your brain is quickly shifting them and processing them from short term to long term memory. Some things are floating around and you are telling yourself you should write down before you forget. Knowing really well, you almost already forgot.

You see we may have a lot of thought traffic speeding trough our minds, but it doesn’t mean they are all new, fresh, million-dollar ideas.

A lot of them are loops, reruns, old songs that remind us of old times and old ways and we like it. So we don’t do much to change the channel, we don’t even care that it’s been on repeat for the last hour or so. We just learn to live with this thoughts.

Since they are not relatively evil or damaging, we are comfortable and many times they help us go through our day. I guess that’s fine, but have you any ideas lately that gives you a spark and a desire to get up and run a 100 miles per hour, wishing you would of thought of this yesterday, to have a head start?

These are the ideas I want to delve into for the next few days. How to have better thoughts, and better ideas. Like I said before, quality comes from quantity. Since you already have hundreds of thoughts, all we have to do is sift trough the clutter and pick the right ones.

John Maxwell said, “Thinking is hard, that’s why not everyone does it.”

You are not everyone. We will learn to harness these thoughts, pull them in before they escape trough the dark, deep hole of nothingness that sucks the life out of them, when we don’t even pay attention to them or desire to think new, better thoughts.

You are not alone either. We are all in this together. Thank our great creator for making us this way. Giving us abundance of thoughts and ideas that can inevitably prosper you and lead you on your way. Your way, unique and beautiful. No need to be a copy cat. Your own originality will give your idea it’s one touch only you can give it. Hence, making it clearly yours, even if other people are doing it, this works in your favor. To learn, to discover better ways of manifesting your heart to the world.

Remember this:

It only takes one idea and I know you are capable of bringing it to light. With God’s help. All things are possible!

Till next time.
