if you don’t stand for something you will fall for anything!
We have heard this quote before, and it doesn’t cease to ring true. But the true test of your convictions will come when you have all the right and support to give up and quit, you have a list of reasons why you should and some will agree with you. Sometimes we would like to put our guard down and let the weak say I am weak. We all fall short, and I am a sinner saved by grace.. I want to plead with you, by the mercies of God, do not do it It is here, right now, you must gird up with the belt of truth, and stand steadfast in the promise of God.
It is easy to look at the negatives and the difficulties in life. But you need keen eyesight and a determined will to foresee the present situation. When things abruptly come to an end, there is a sense of instability and emptiness. You may be staring at just the opposite of what your faith says you should have. Yet, these are the times to put to practice what you have been believing and declaring for so long.
I declare today that God- heals my body, restores my soul, revives my spirit…
stand your ground, do not give way to retreat and surrender
Strengthen your faith in all areas, check for any fox holes, close the gaps, build with one hand and be ready to fight with your sword in the other. He readies your hand for battle.
In the book of Habakkuk 2:1 (NLT), the prophet declares,
I will climb up to my watchtower
and stand at my guardpost.
There I will wait to see what the LORD says
and how he will answer my complaint.
Questions come, situations that you can’t figure out will arise. Climb up your watch tower and stand your ground, in verse two, God answered him, He will answer you as well…
